Digital products are delivered instantly via email link upon purchase confirmation. No shipping charges apply.

Download links expire after 30 days or 10 attempts. If your link fails or expires, contact us.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)

Production: 2–5 business days before shipment.

Tracking is provided via email once your order ships. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Ships within the United States only.

Processing: 1–2 business days before shipment. All orders are carefully packaged to prevent breakage and tracked via email confirmation.

For items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Complete our Contact Form to receive a Return Authorization number (RMA#) for Perfumes. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
